Monday, November 26th, 2018After bringing Nathan there for his birthday portraits, I thought it would be fun to take my most frequently photographed family to the Arts district for some fun, funky, and colorful family portraits. The location did not disappoint!
11 Years Old!
Sunday, November 18th, 2018I can’t believe how my boy has grown! I started this whole photography thing when he was just a few months old. 11 looks good on ya kid!
Life has gotten super hectic lately, so for this recent birthday session, not only were we several weeks late, I finally decided…Hey…let’s just go to the park and do a play/photoshoot thing. It was super laid back and fun, the kids loved it! These are also very simple Lightroom edits, no Photoshop on these snaps. I still love them though!
Great Day for a Wet Wedding
Sunday, May 20th, 2018It finally came! I’d been looking forward to, (and panicking a bit about) photographing my sister’s wedding. This is not my first wedding, but I’m not really a wedding photographer (yet!). Though, I really wanted to give this gift to my big sister on her special day. I was worried all week about rain…I mean, this was to be an outdoor wedding in a place that rains maybe 50% of the time. The weather man said rain…and rain it did, I mean….right up until the ceremony was about to start. Then, the clouds parted…well, kind of….and the rain paused. Hooray!
What a beautiful setting and such a lovely ceremony. I was so touched to be there to document. Here are a few shots from the day.
