This morning was a beautiful day for an early headshot session! Teresa was visiting the area for just a few days and thought she’d get headshots while she was in town, and I’m so glad! We had a nice time at one of my favorite locations. It was pretty overcast this morning which made for some lovely even lighting. I found some new spots today with lovely lighting that I can’t wait to use again!

Wow, I’m just now realizing how many sessions I’ve failed to blog.  Guess I need to catch up.  I’ll start with my most recent session.  I took a nice break the past few months, and this was my first session in months.  Tara is a good friend, and one of the first people I took head shots for.  It’s always a great and silly session when she’s in front of my camera.  Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day.

Maria is perhaps the best 13 year old model I’ve ever had!  A self proclaimed newbie at headshots…I was amazed at how well she was able to move in front of the camera.  She showed great range and followed direction very well.  A fine little actress this one!

Here is my recent session with Radha, another stunning actress.  We shot in Malibu on a lovely, but gloomy day.  We were graced with a few sprinkles, but fortunately, no real rain.  Radha was a great model and really easy to shoot.
